Having worked for R.E.A.L. Education since December 2011, Fay has spent her time working on and developing the Wellbeing programme that is now offered to R.E.A.L. Education learners and staff alike.
Fay has worked closely with an educational psychologist to ensure that the wellbeing intervention work is grounded in evidence based theory.
Delivery of CPD to staff is a key area of Fay’s work, and since the inception of the Wellbeing programme, she has been developing a host of self-reflection tools to encourage learners and staff alike to take ownership of the choices they make.
Fay utilises innovative technology to promote mindfulness which in turn supports positive wellbeing, reduced anxiety and improved focus in the classroom and workplace.
Linda is an experienced School Inspector. She has also worked strategically with Local Authorities to develop and increase access to provision. She has investigated complaints on behalf of schools and LAs. Additionally, Linda has carried out quality assurance audits of provision and of LA services and worked with these services to implement recommendations.
The Health and Safety Advisor was very pleasant, informative and put the jargon into plain English, making it easy to understand. He was helpful and friendly and gave an in-depth account of all our health and safety requirements. A detailed report was given at the end of the inspection which was very useful and allowed me to comply with the legal requirements. Additional support has been offered since the inspection and advice has been given. Thank you very much.

Linda Lynn Cook has provided invaluable support and guidance supporting our school improvement work around SEND. She has lead a number of SEND reviews and her insight and knowledge means we have been able to pinpoint our successful practice but also develop comprehensive action plans confident in the knowledge that we are focusing on the right areas to ensure the correct provision for our most vulnerable students. Linda's style is incredibly supportive and she is able to coach members of staff to ensure that they are able to communicate the knowledge they hold but she is able to work with them to understand their next steps without undermining their confidence.
